earth TShirt is a long-sleeve TShirt designed for regular use. It is produced in limited quantities, with twenty units manufactured per month. The garment is defined by a reduced construction, a considered fit, and material choices focused on comfort and durability.

Long-sleeve TShirts often present fit issues, particularly in sleeve length and proportion. The fit of earth TShirt was developed through repeated testing on a wide range of body types. The sleeves taper gradually toward the cuff, reducing excess fabric while maintaining freedom of movement. The shirt is available in two different body lengths to accommodate individual preference and improve overall fit.

The TShirt is constructed using a loopwheel-like method. As with traditional loopwheel garments, the fabric is knitted as a continuous tube, eliminating side seams. This construction reduces friction points and contributes to a uniform feel across the body. Unlike traditional loopwheel production, the fabric is knitted on a more modern machine, allowing for a more efficient and consistent manufacturing process.

The material is a jersey fabric made from 100% cotton with a weight of 185 g/m². This places the fabric in the mid-lightweight range, balancing breathability with structure. The cotton is selected for softness and stability, making the garment suitable for extended wear.

earth TShirt is intended for outdoor use as well as everyday activities. It is designed to be worn while walking, hiking, or exploring unfamiliar environments, without introducing technical features or performance coatings. The garment relies on material comfort and fit rather than specialized treatments.

The TShirt is available with or without the earth symbol. When included, the symbol is embroidered rather than printed. No plastic-based printing methods are used.

All packaging materials are free from plastic. The garment itself is made entirely from cotton and contains no synthetic fibers. No dyes are used in the production process, preserving the natural appearance of the fabric.

Production is certified according to Öko-TEX and Fair Wear standards. Efforts are ongoing to bring additional stages of the supply chain under direct control.
